Well I’m back again. For a while I wasn’t watching my weight. I didn’t have really any goal for losing weight. I don’t know why you need one needs a goal, but I sometimes do. Well I have one now. We are going on a cruise Sept. 6, 2009. I would like to get down to 120 by then I’m at 134 right now. I don’t know if I will make it, but I’m hoping I’ll get close. I’m going to be exercising and watching what I eat.
We will see what I lose in the next few weeks..
