Well I’m working my way down to the weight I want to be at. I have drop a few more pounds. I was at 139 now I’m down to 127.6. I’m really doing well. It’s surprising how little you need to eat. We become so use to getting a lot of “junk” food. Sometimes the food we eat we don’t consider junk food. But it is, like white bread, pasta, cokes and alot of other foods. I have cut out cokes since Dec. 25th and all “bad” carbs. I feel good and look good.
I still have about 7 pounds to go. I hope to be down at my weight by the end of Jan. Then all I need to do is maintain it for the whole year.
