Report on my weight

I haven’t been on to talk about my weight lose.  I’m doing pretty well. I’m down around 129-130 in the morning. But still have a ways to go.  My goal is to get down to 120 of course.  I’m doing it slow this time, its really suppose to be better that way for you any ways.

Right now I’m just trying to “limit” my carbs and sugar.  Plus I get in as much walking as I can. When I go for a walk I’m gone about 45 minutes to an hour. I don’t think you need to work out 2 hours aday to lose weight. Plus who has that much time anyways. I know I don’t.  Plus I have been doing some yard work lately.  I think that counts also…  I have a goal of being at 125 or lower around our cruise date.

I hoping to lose another couple of pounds in the next few weeks.  I will see how I do.  I’m trying to get to a point in my life were I don’t feel like I’m always on a diet.  It seems thats the norm for alot of people.  But with all the carbs and sugar foods around, its hard not to be eating that stuff.  I love to eat and so I’m at times holding my self back from eating what I want. But it is getting easy to say no.  Its just you have to learn some self control to not eat everything in front of you. I have gotten better at it over the years.. and still learning.
