Exercising

Everyone has an opinion on the subject of exercising and the health benefits of it.  I tend to think if you stay away from processed carbs and food you should be able to keep your weight down.  Then exercising shouldn’t be BIG part of your life.  My husband and I eat about 80% organic foods.  We can’t eat organic foods all the time, one being when we eat out or at friends and family.  When are at home we eat ALL organic meats (no hormones or pesticides) and when we can we get grass feed beef.

As for the exercising, I have gone back to doing walks, set ups, & push ups.  I don’t think you need to spend 3-4 hours a week exercising.  But doing some muscle building can help make the  muscles stronger.  This year I want to try to get down to about 120.  I know  I have been working on this for a while now.  I’m starting to get to my walks and starting back to eating healthy again.  I still need to cut back on eating some sweets and of course my coke habit.  We have a few trips planned this year, so hopefully that will help my well power.

I think exercising can be help full, but you don’t need to kill your self doing it either.

I agree, keeping up with your muscle tone is important no matter how good you eat. Good luck on your diet!
I sure can’t wait to get my old body back, less than 2 weeks before due date!
